Personal Training

Everyone is an individual and will have their own commitments and barriers. It is my duty to personalize each training regime to YOUR goal regardless of your ability (or disability).

If you would like me to guide you through your personal training journey, I currently offer a range of fitness packages for individual 1 to 1 training sessions or small group sessions. Details and prices are as below:

Mind Over Matter Sessions (3 Month Commitment)

£30 (Individual) per hour/£22.50 per person (Group) per hour 

Designed to maximize the amount of contact time with your exercise professional. A minimum of one personal training session a week is required for a minimum 3 month commitment. Demonstrates the highest level of results due to maximized guidance for a reasonable amount of time which in turn changes habits and behaviours.

Monthly Sessions (10 sessions)

£35 (Individual) per hour/£25 per person (Group) per hour 

Similar to the above package, but allows for some flexibility as it does not tie you into regular weekly sessions for a fixed period of time. Your 10 purchased sessions can be redeemed at any point within a 120 day period (within reason).

Pay As You Go Sessions

£40 (Individual) per hour/£27.50 per person (Group) per hour 

Designed to give you the freedom to train with your exercise professional as and when you like without any commitment to block bookings. This plan is ideal for those with a lack of time or a moderate exercise background.
